How do I check whether a lens fits my camera?
Check the exact camera mount, lens mount and sensor format. Adapters can change autofocus, aperture control and coverage. Send us both model numbers when you are unsure and we will check the combination before you order.
Are prices and stock always current?
Product availability and price can change as supplier feeds and orders are processed. The listing and checkout show the latest value available to the store, but an order is only accepted under the terms in our policies. Do not rely on a saved cart as a stock reservation.
Where do orders ship from?
Eligible orders are dispatched from Australia. The delivery methods, destination eligibility and shipping charges available for your address are shown at checkout. Carrier estimates can change because of destination, weather, customs and product restrictions.
Are prices shown in Australian dollars and does GST apply?
OzPrice is configured for AUD checkout. Where applicable, tax and shipping charges are shown in the checkout totals. Business customers should keep their order record and contact us if they need a tax invoice for an accepted order.
Can I place a guest order?
Guest checkout is supported where the checkout configuration permits it. Keep the order number and email address from the confirmation so you can view order status and contact support.
What happens if an item is faulty or damaged?
Contact us with the order number, product details and clear photos or video. Goods come with rights under the Australian Consumer Law; our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy explains the evidence and return steps.
Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact OzPrice. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential account, order or service messages.
