Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the OzPrice website and purchases from OzPrice. By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Using the website

You must use the site lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content in a way that harms the service, or use another person's account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity undertaken through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Product information and compatibility

We take reasonable care with product names, descriptions, specifications, images and availability, but manufacturer information can change and occasional errors may occur. Please confirm camera mount, sensor format, power requirements, regional model, included accessories, language, firmware and warranty coverage before ordering. Our team can help with product selection, but you remain responsible for confirming suitability for your intended setup.

Prices, promotions and GST

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the site. Product prices, shipping charges, availability and promotional conditions may change before an order is accepted. Where applicable, taxes and charges will be shown at checkout. A promotion cannot be combined with another offer unless its conditions expressly allow it. If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you and provide available options before proceeding where required.

Placing and accepting an order

Submitting checkout details is an offer to buy the selected products. Our order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance generally occurs when we dispatch the goods or expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where goods are unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud or security concerns arise, a listing contains a material error, or a delivery restriction applies. If we cancel after payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

Payment, identity checks and fraud prevention

Payment must be authorised before dispatch. We may contact you to verify an order, delivery address or payment information. Failure to complete a reasonable verification request may delay or prevent dispatch. Payment processing is performed through the payment method selected at checkout and is subject to that provider's terms.

Delivery, title and risk

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Subject to applicable law, risk in goods passes when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them. Ownership passes when OzPrice receives full cleared payment for the goods.

Returns, refunds and warranties

Our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy explains the process for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied and change-of-mind goods. Manufacturer warranties may apply separately. Nothing in a product listing, these terms or any other OzPrice communication removes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, branding, graphics and original photography, belongs to OzPrice or its licensors. You may view the site and save reasonable extracts for personal or internal business reference. You must not reproduce, modify, sell, publish or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and technology services and may link to manufacturer or other external websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for content or availability of external services, although this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, OzPrice is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, public outages or product discontinuation. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is accepted will generally apply to that order. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
